National Land Partners is one of the largest buyers and sellers of recreational land in the US, with the goal of making previously unattainable land accessible to everyday Americans.  With over 100 years helping customers realize their dream of land ownership, National Land Partners, LLC (NLP) has finely tuned its model of transforming rural land into premium recreational and residential real estate, coupled with a high level of customer service. The company has completed nearly 1000 projects encompassing hundreds of thousands of land parcels.
The NLP land acquisition team researches and inspects hundreds of potential land deals every year, paying close attention to geographic regions, visual and historic interest, environmental studies, zoning reviews, permitting and most importantly, how the company can pass along savings and value to our customers.

Asset Liquidation Division

As the economy started to slow and the great recession took hold, we saw a unique opportunity to bring unprecedented recreational land bargains to our customers.  By taking advantage of our expertise, financial stability and strength, we shifted the focus of our NLP Land acquisitions team to existing communities either bank owned or that could be acquired directly from struggling developers.  We created an Asset Liquidations Division within our land company to bring these incredible land bargains to the market.

Finding existing communities that meet our standard is no easy feat.  On top of being a high quality, highly desirable property, infrastructure has to be 100% completed and we must be able to bring it to market at a significant discount, typically well below foreclosures in the area.  Since mid-2008, only 6 communities have been brought to market by our asset liquidations division.  All sold out very quickly.

Due to our high standards, we are hand picking only the best opportunities throughout the entire country.  Since it would be very costly and time consuming to mobilize our team to the various locations, we are bringing these communities to the market during One Day Liquidation Sales.  At these sales we can have our entire team on site to service our customer’s needs.  We look forward to seeing you at our next Land Liquidation Sale.
